My daughter is currently obsessed with the Broadway musical "Hamilton", specifically the titular character as played by Lin-Manuel Miranda. As a result, she's begged me to make her a (not so historically accurate) Revolutionary War officer's uniform.I'm using the Simplicity 0527 pattern from the pirate costume as a baseline. I'm changing the cuffs pod the jacket and the shape of the vest. I'm also making a cravat.
